모든 컨텐츠를 날려먹었습니다. 2010년 전에 적었던 모든 글을 말이죠. 되찾고 싶은 맘이 굴뚝같은데, 여간 쉽지 않네요. 그래도 희망의 끈을 놓진 않으렵니다.

This blog want to share about
1) The fact that The proceeding way of developing country such as Rwanda is in need of the people who are well acquainted with Information Technology.
2)  The expectation that the best things can be created by developing country.
3) The truth that though the best technology is made by developed country, it is not just for them.

There is one emphasize thing more I want to tell you, The above statements are quite within the realms of possibility. From light point of view, it is just my private story. But deeply, it is not just the simple Rwanda IT cooperation story, but also my dream what I want to share.

본 블로그는 르완다와 같은 개발도상국에도 그들이 향하고 있는 길을 잘 이끌어줄 수 있는 IT 인력이 절실하게 필요하며, 세계가 이끌고 있는 IT 신기술들이 꼭 최선의 기술이 아니며, 그 최선의 방책이 르완다와 같은 개도국에서도 만들어질 수 있음을, 그것이 설령 최고의 기술이라 하더라도, 그들만을 위한 것이 아님을 행동하는 실천으로 세상 틀의 변화를 바라는 바보같지만 꿈많은 청년이 르완다에서 부딪치는 이야기들을 공유하는 공간입니다.
