코드 행동 강령으로써 오픈 소스 커뮤니티 참여자들의 행동 지침서입니다.
메인테이너로써 오픈 소스 프로젝트를 진행하고 계신 것이 있다면 한번 code of conducting을 한번 만들어보세요. github에서는 프로젝트의 root 폴더에 CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md 로 저장하여 행동 지침서를 명시합니다. 아래 코드 지침서는 수많은 오픈소스에서 많이 쓰이는 지침서인데 여러분의 코드에도 적용해보세요. 한글로 번역한 지침서를 첨부하오니, 읽어보시고 적용해보시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Our Pledge (우리의 서약)

In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, we as contributors and maintainers pledge to making participation in our project and our community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

개방적이고 친근한 환경을 조성하기 위해 우리는 컨트리뷰터 및 메인테이너로서 프로젝트 및 커뮤니티에 연령, 체형, 장애, 민족성, 성별 특성, 성별 정체성, 경험 수준, 교육, 사회 경제적 지위, 국적, 개인적 외모, 인종, 종교 또는 성적 정체성(취향)과 에 관계없이 모든 사람이 불편함 없는 경험을 할 것을 서약합니다.

Our Standards (기준)

Examples of behavior that contributes to creating a positive environment include:

• Using welcoming and inclusive language
• Being respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences
• Gracefully accepting constructive criticism
• Focusing on what is best for the community
• Showing empathy towards other community members

보다 좋은 오픈 소스 문화를 만들기 위해 기여할 수 있는 방법에 대한 예시는 아래와 같습니다.

• 항상 환영하고 반기는 언어 사용하기
• 서로 다른 관점과 경험을 존중하기
• 건설적인 비판을 포용하기
• 커뮤니티를 위한 최선에 대해 생각하고 실천하기
• 다른 커뮤니티 멤버들에게 공감 표하기

Examples of unacceptable behavior by participants include:

• The use of sexualized language or imagery and unwelcome sexual attention or advances
• Trolling, insulting/derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks
• Public or private harassment
• Publishing others’ private information, such as a physical or electronic address, without explicit permission
• Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting

아래는 참여자들이 받아들일 수 없는 행동에 대한 예시입니다.

• 성적인 언어 또는 이미지를 사용하거나 불쾌한 성적 관심 또는 접근하는 경우
• 남의 감정을 멋대로 뒤엎어버리는 행동이나 욕설, 개인적 또는 정치적으로 공격하는 행위
• 공적 또는 사적인 괴롭힘
• 동의 없이 다른 사람의 개인 정보(실제 주소나 이메일 주소 등)를 공표하는 행위
• 특수 환경에서의 부적절하다고 판단될 수 있는 기타 행위

Our Responsibilities (책임감)

Project maintainers are responsible for clarifying the standards of acceptable behavior and are expected to take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any instances of unacceptable behavior.

Project maintainers have the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, code, wiki edits, issues, and other contributions that are not aligned to this Code of Conduct, or to ban temporarily or permanently any contributor for other behaviors that they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.

프로젝트 메인테이너는 받아들여질 수 있는 기준을 명확히 하고, 용납 되어질 수 없는 행위들에 대해 적절하고 공정한 시정 조치를 취할 책임이 있습니다.

프로젝트 메인테이너는 본 행동 강령에 부합하지 않거나 부적절한 것으로 간주되는 코멘트, 커밋, 코드, 위키 편집, 이슈와 다른 컨트리뷰션들에 대해 삭제나 거부, 수정할 수 있는 권한을 가지고 있습니다.

Scope (범위)

This Code of Conduct applies both within project spaces and in public spaces when an individual is representing the project or its community. Examples of representing a project or community include using an official project e-mail address, posting via an official social media account, or acting as an appointed representative at an online or offline event. Representation of a project may be further defined and clarified by project maintainers.

이 행동 강령은 개인이 프로젝트 또는 커뮤니티를 대표할 때, 프로젝트 공간과 공공 장소 모두에 적용됩니다. 프로젝트 또는 커뮤니티를 대표하는 것은 공식 프로젝트 이메일 사용, 공식 소셜 미디어 계정을 통한 포스팅, 온라인 또는 오프라인에서의 행사에서 대표로 보여지는 행동을 포함합니다. 프로젝트의 대표는 메인테이너에 의해 향후 정의되어지고 명시될 수 있습니다.

Enforcement (시행)

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting the project team at designe@outlook.com. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated and will result in a response that is deemed necessary and appropriate to the circumstances. The project team is obligated to maintain confidentiality with regard to the reporter of an incident. Further details of specific enforcement policies may be posted separately.

Project maintainers who do not follow or enforce the Code of Conduct in good faith may face temporary or permanent repercussions as determined by other members of the project’s leadership.

욕설, 희롱 또는 기타 용납 될 수 없는 행동은 designe@outlook.com 으로 리포트될 수 있습니다. 모든 불만 사항은 검토 및 조사될 수 있고, 상황에 따라 적절하다고 판단되는 대응을 취할 것입니다. 프로젝트 팀은 불만 사항을 알린 리포터에 관한 비밀을 유지할 의무가 있습니다. 특정 시행 정책에 대한 자세한 내용은 별도로 게시 될 수 있습니다.
